CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for this inconvenience. Let me review your order history. Customer: This isn't new. Every replacement, you say my frame is out of stock, forcing a store credit that's less than what I paid, plus a $30 deductible. I end up with a cheaper pair. It's a rip-off; I started at $189, now it's down to $130! CS Rep: I hear your concerns about the replacement process and the perceived value decrease. Our policy for out-of-stock frames is to offer a credit. However, I want to ensure you receive a satisfactory replacement. I'll check for equivalent frames that match your original order's value.
