I'm writing this to warn everyone about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I had a coupon for 45% off on a $250 purchase, which showed as applied on my order, but then it magically disappeared from my receipt right after I confirmed payment. When I contacted customer service, they actually assumed I hadn't put the coupon code in! It felt incredibly dishonest. To make matters worse, they cancelled my order, even though I'd paid an extra $19 for 2-day shipping, causing frustrating delays. This whole situation just seemed shady, and I felt compelled to leave this review and demand answers from their customer service.
