A $372 Nightmare: Scratched Glasses & Trapped by a Bot 😡
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering this company. My experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel completely ignored after spending a significant amount of money. I've been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. I spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. I never received the return label and their “bot” just continues to send it to my email, which I never received! This entire ordeal forced me to finally get on the phone to demand a resolution.
Customer: I've been trying to reach a person for two days! I spent over $300 on glasses that arrived scratched, and your automated system is completely useless.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating experience, both with the product and our support system. That is certainly not the standard we aim for. Can I get your order number to look into this for you?
Customer: It’s [Order Number]. I just need a return label that actually works so I can send these back. Your bot is broken and keeps sending emails to a void.
CS Rep: Thank you. I see the notes on your account and the multiple attempts. I sincerely apologize for the error. I am personally generating a new, prepaid return label right now. I will send it to you while we are on this call to ensure you receive it.
