Don't Believe the 6-Day Shipping Promise! 😡 A Two-Week Nightmare Waiting for a Simple Order
I'm writing this as a warning to others. My recent online shopping experience was beyond frustrating, and I feel compelled to share it so you can avoid the same headache. It reached a point where my only conclusion was this: Ordered a pair of eyeglasses for my son. They claim they ship in 6 days. don,'t believe it. Finally in 15 days later they ship "expedited and 4 days later still no glasses and you can't even get a expedited delivery date due to their slower than snail mail shipping company. Spend a few more dollars and get your glasses anywhere else. Plus their phone service is even worse. 2 hours to get someone and they handed me the same bull that I received in emails" we will look into it". This whole ordeal is why I had to waste hours trying to speak to a real person.
Customer: I’ve been on hold for almost two hours. My order was placed over two weeks ago. You claim 6-day shipping, but it’s been ages and the "expedited" tracking is useless. Where are my son's glasses?
CS Rep: I am so sorry for your wait time and the significant delay with your order. That is completely unacceptable. Can I please have your order number to investigate this for you right now?
Customer: It’s [Order Number]. The last email just said you’d "look into it." That’s not an answer. My son needs these for school.
