I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this company. My experience has been an absolute nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. It's been two and a half months, and my glasses were not delivered and the customer service is giving me a run around. Over and over, they keep saying they will escalate my issue and I'll get an email in 3-5 business days, but nothing ever happens. It honestly feels like they just took my money. This endless loop of failed promises is why I felt I had no choice but to leave this review and try, one last time, to get a straight answer from their support team.
Customer: My order number is 8675309. It’s been two and a half months and I still have nothing. I’m tired of being told it’s being “escalated.” Where are my glasses or where is my money?
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this significant delay and the frustration it has caused. Let me look up your order right now. I see the issue here, and I sincerely apologize. This is completely unacceptable.
Customer: I’ve heard that before. Every time I call, I get an apology and a promise of an email in 3-5 days that never comes. What are you going to do differently right now?
CS Rep: I understand your skepticism, and you have every right to be upset. I am bypassing the escalation queue. I can either process a full, immediate refund to your original payment method, or I can have a replacement pair sent out today with expedited shipping. The choice is yours.
Customer: Just give me the refund. I don't trust that a new pair would ever show up.
